About Capoeira

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, and music. It was developed by enslaved Africans in Brazil and is known for its fluid, acrobatic movements and the musical accompaniment of the berimbau.

My journey in Capoeira has been a transformative experience, learning not just the physical movements but also the rich history, music, and cultural traditions of this beautiful art form.
